FamilyWise Behavior Solutions is proud to host an annual Trunk or Treat event at our Colchester clinic. This event is an opportunity for all of our children who currently receive, or have previously received, our ABA services to attend a safe, sensory-friendly, and completely judgment-free event hosted by our in-house staff free of charge. Parents are provided an opportunity to network with other families who can relate to the day-to-day journey of having a child diagnosed with Autism and have reported that they finally feel like they have met other adults who can relate and can provide support from real life experiences. Many families have continued these relationships outside of this event, often scheduling play dates for their children to continue working on social communication and interaction skills, or a parents’ night out! Our families continue to show gratitude for the opportunity to attend such a fun and special event throughout the year and are eager for the next one to come back around!
